Can’t Stop Progress
On the way to Mitcham High School with my dad in his XA Falcon I asked, ‘Why are they bulldozing those apple orchards to build suburbs?’ He said, ‘Can’t stop progress, Rich.’ It didn’t seem like progress to me, but he had a point. There seems to be an unstoppable force towards the new. This track reflects my sadness for what’s lost in that relentless march.
